Spring Time

Spring time and I'm getting back to work in the yard again. It's in desperate need of attention since I really didn't put much time into it last summer. I'm hoping that working closer to home for a few contracts will give me the time to get it back in shape again. The 600+ tulips I planted last fall got things off to a good start. Several of the beds need total reworking and there's a new fish pond to put in the center bed. I'll post some pictures of the pond and fish when it's all done. The hostas and perinneals are coming up now and many need dividing. The basil seedlings need thinning and the grape vines need to be secured to their supports. The azeleas need trimming after they've finished flowering and the ones on the side of the house have to be moved then organic matter worked into the soil in that bed. Like I said, lots & lots of work to do this year . . .
